Anil Agarwal trained at the University Medical College, Delhi. He did his MRCP (UK) and specialist training in Stroke Medicine in the United Kingdom. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP), London. He is also an MRCP (PACES) examiner for more than a decade and takes this role seriously. He regularly teaches PACES candidates and is passionate about his role as educator. He has over 30 years of experience in clinical teaching and research.
He is currently the lead of Stroke Services at the Basildon and Thurrock University hospital. He has authored many publications in peer reviewed journals and co-author of best selling Ultimate guide to Consultant interview book. In his free time he enjoys gardening and hiking.
